广西百色市壮族群众壮医偏颇体质类型分布调查研究

目的初步探讨影响壮医体质类型的因素,为应用壮医体质学理论进行保健预防和疾病治疗提供参考资料。方法采用壮医体质问卷调查表,应用比较分析法判定个体体质类型,从年龄、职业和学历构成分析840例壮族群众壮医体质类型的特点。结果火型体质占40.00%,湿型体质、寒型体质和郁型体质分别占32.02%、14.05%、13.93%。随着年龄的增长,寒型体质和郁型体质所占比例有增加的趋势。公务员以湿型体质居多(40.00%),离退休人员以郁型体质者居多(50.00%),从事工业生产者以火型体质居多(50.00%)。受教育程度较高者火型体质类型居多(61.11%)。结论壮医偏颇体质的形成和差异是多因素共同作用的结果,后天因素的内容很多,年龄、职业和学历仅是其中部分重要内容。

An investigation of distribution of biased constitutional types of Zhuang medicine among Zhuang population in Baise city of Guangxi province

Objective To investigate the factors of affecting the Zhuang medicine constitutional types and to provide reference data for Zhuang medicine biased constitutional theory for prevention and treatment of disease.Methods The analytical method was used to evaluate the individual constitutional types through Zhuang medicine constitutional questionaire.The traits of Zhuang medicine constitutional types in 840 cases of Zhuang minority were analyzed according to their ages,occupations and levels of education.Results The heat constitution accounted for 40.00%,and the rates of the phlegm constitution,of the cold constitution and of the stasis constitution were 32.02%,14.05% and 13.93%,respectively.As aging,the cold constitution and the stasis constitution tended to increase.The majority of the public servants presented with phlegm constitution(40.00%),the rate of stasis constitution in retired people was 50.00%,and workers had higher rate of heat type constitution(50.00%).The higher levels of the education they underwent,the more heat constitution they carried with(61.11%).Conclusion The forming and variaty of Zhuang medicine biased constitution was intervened by multi-factors and there were many acquired factors such as the age,occupation and levels of education playing important roles in it.
