| 摘 要： | 目的初步探讨中药牛蒡子提取物的镇痛抗炎作用。方法取牛蒡子的水提取物和乙醇提取物,应用醋酸致小鼠扭体法、小鼠热板法研究其镇痛作用;应用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法和10%蛋清致小鼠足跖肿胀法研究其抗炎作用。结果牛蒡子水提取物和乙醇提取物可减少醋酸致小鼠扭体次数;牛蒡子水提取物和乙醇提取物在给药后0.5、1、1.5h均能明显提高热板法小鼠的痛阈值;牛蒡子醇提取物明显减轻二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀程度,牛蒡子水提取物和乙醇提取物在致炎后0.5、1、2、4h均能显著抑制10%蛋清致小鼠足跖肿胀。结论中药牛蒡子有一定的镇痛抗炎作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To preliminarily study the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of extracts of Chinese drug Great Burdock Achene.Methods A simple water extract and a alcohol extract of Great Burdock Achene were used in this study.Acetic acid-induced twisting test and hot plate test were performed for evaluating analgesic effects of Great Burdock Achene on mouse.Auricle swelling induced by xylene test and pedal swelling induced by 10% albumen test were performed for evaluating anti-inflammatory effects of Great Burdock Achene on mice. Results Water extract and alcohol extract of Great Burdock Achene could inhibit twisting times in mice induced by acetic acid.During the hot plate test, water extract and alcohol extract of Great Burdock Achene could elevate the threshold of pain in mice at 0.5h,1 h and 1.5 h after the mice receiving drugs,respectively.Alcohol extract of Great Burdock Achene could obviously alleviate mouse auricle swelling induced by xylene.At 0.5 h,1 h,2 h and 4 h after the pedal swelling induced by 10% albumen,water extract and alcohol extract of Great Burdock Achene could also inhibit pedal swelling.Conclusion Traditional Chinese drug Great Burdock Achene can have certain analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. |
