小青龙颗粒治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的临床观察

摘    要:目的探讨小青龙颗粒治疗支气管哮喘发作期的临床疗效和安全性。方法将50例支气管哮喘急性发作期患者随机分为2组,治疗组25例给予小青龙颗粒口服,对照组25例给予常规西医治疗,给药2周后,评价2组患者的病情、证候积分、肺功能改善及安全性。结果 2组临床疗效、肺功能改善情况比较均无显著性差异;但治疗组治疗后证候积分、主要症状单项计分明显低于对照组。2组均未见不良反应。结论小青龙颗粒治疗哮喘急性发作疗效好,尤其对哮喘主要症状、证候的改善具有优势,且用药安全,患者依从性较好。

Abstract:Objective It is to discuss the efficacy and safety of Xiaoqinglong particles in treating acute bronchial asthma.Methods 50 patients with acute bronchial asthma were randomly divided into treatment group(n=25) treated with Xiaoqinglong particles by oral use and control group(n=25) treated with conventional western medicine.The disease condition,improvement of pulmonary function and the safety of medication were evaluated in both groups in two weeks after the therapy.Results There was no significant difference in effective rate and improvement of lung function between the two groups(P>0.05),but accumulated score of the major TCM syndrome and main symptoms scores of treatment groups after treatment were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Side effect was not found in both groups.Conclusion Xiaoqinglong particles has a good effect on acute out break of bronchial asthma,especially in the improvement of major TCM syndrome of asthma and the main symptoms score.In addition,the therapies in both groups are safe,patient compliance is better.
