| 摘 要： | 目的：了解健康教育对医学生艾滋病认知、态度的影响,为高等医学院校开展艾滋病教育提供依据。方法：随机整群抽取某医学高校大一和大四学生,对其进行艾滋病专题讲座并发放宣传材料,在健康教育前后采用不记名调查问卷方法对被调查医学生进行艾滋病知识、态度调查,评价健康教育效果。结果：健康教育后,被调查医学生艾滋病知识知晓率明显提高（P〈0.01）,艾滋病相关态度有积极转变;在艾滋病知识知晓率方面,大一学生的健康教育效果优于大四学生,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：在低年级医学生中开展艾滋病健康教育的意义更大,效果更好。高等医学院校应该探索多种形式的健康教育活动加强对医学生艾滋病认知、态度的教育。
