心脏骤停患者自主循环恢复后的护理

目的 探讨护理措施对心脏骤停患者自主循环恢复后的重要性.方法 2008年10月～2010年12月,我科收治的心脏骤停患者47例,经心肺复苏后自主循环恢复、机械通气的患者35例.分系统对患者进行细致的全面护理.结果 经积极救治和护理,23例患者存活,死亡12例,病死率34.3％.结论 临床护理及监测对生存质量改善有积极意义,分系统对患者进行细致的全面护理可获良好疗效.

Nuring of Patienrts with Cardiac Arrest after Return of Spontaneous Circulation

Objective To explore the importance of nrsing intervention to ptienrts with crdiac arest after rturn of sontaneous crculation. Methods 47 ptienrts with crdiac arest were cured in our department from October 2008 to December 2010,in which 35 cases had return of spontaneous circulation after cardio-pulmonary resuscitation and comprehensive nursing. Results After aggressive treatment and care, the mortality was 34.3% with 23 patients survived, 12 patients died. Conclusion The patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation in a comprehensive and meticulous care can effectively prevent complications and improve the patients＇ overall function.
