熊去氧胆酸在原发性胆汁性肝硬化的疗效分析

目的:分析熊去氧胆酸治疗原发性胆汁淤积性肝硬化的疗效,提高对该病诊治的认识.方法:将46例入选患者,随机平均分为两组.两组均给予还原型谷胱甘肽针1800 mg静脉滴注,1次/d；试验组在上述治疗同时加服熊去氧胆酸胶囊0.45～0.75 g/d,对治疗前后的结果进行比较.结果:试验组患者在乏力、腹胀、肝区不适等方面较对照组明显好转(P＜0.05).两组患者在治疗前各主要生化指标比较无显著差异性(P＞0.05).两组各生化指标在治疗前后均存在差异(P＜0.05),两组治疗后肝功能比较,ALT、AST、DBIL、IBIL、γ-GT存在差异(P＜0.05).结论:熊去氧胆酸可明显改善PBC患者的临床症状和肝功能生化指标,是目前治疗PBC的首选药物.

Analysis of Therapeutic Effect of Ursodeoxycholic Acid in the Treatment of Primary Biliary Cirrhosis

Objective: Analysis of ursodeoxycholic acid in the treatment of primary biliary cirrhosis of liver curative effect, to improve the diagnostic and treatment knowledge. Method: 46 cases of selected patients, were randomly divided into two groups.ALL. The two groups were given glutathione 1800 mg intravenous infusion, 1 time/ d; In the experiment group, while the treatment plus ursodeoxycholic acid capsules with 0.45 ~ 0.75 g / D, the results were compared before and after treatment. Result : The test group patients in fatigue, abdominal distention, liver area discomfort, improved significantly compared with the control group (P< 0.05 ). Two groups of patients before treatment in major biochemical index of no significant difference (P> 0.05 ). Each of the two set of biochemical indices have existed differences in before and after treatment (P< 0.05 ), the two groups after treatment of liver function comparison, ALT, AST, DBIL, IBIL, Y - GT differences (P< 0.05 ).Conclusion: Ursodeoxycholic acid can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with PBC and biochemical liver function index, current treatment is the drug of choice for PBC.
