整体护理对阴茎异常勃起患者的影响

目的 探讨整体护理及心理护理对阴茎异常勃起患者治疗效果及焦虑、抑郁心理的影响.方法 选择2005年8月至2011年2月期间我院收治的阴茎异常勃起患者15例,对于早期阴茎异常勃起患者主要采用保守治疗,对于保守治疗症状不能缓解的患者,采用Winter分流术进行治疗,并采取建立良好的护患关系、术前护理、术后护理、出院指导以及心理护理等一系列整体护理措施.对患者治疗前后的SAS和SDS评分进行比较分析.结果 15例阴茎异常勃起患者中,6例患者经药物治疗后痊愈,3例患者经阴茎海绵体穿刺冲洗后治愈,另外6例患者保守治疗无效后采用Winter分流术后进行治疗,痊愈后出院.与治疗前相比,本组15例患者治疗后SAS和SDS评分均有所下降,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对阴茎异常勃起患者的整体护理及心理护理能够有效提高患者的治疗效果,减轻患者的心理负担,增强患者治疗的信心,并为患者的预后提供了有力的保证.

Effect of Integral Nursing for Patients with Priapism

Objective To explore the effect of integral and psychological nursing on the treatment effort, anxiety and depression in patients with priapism. Methods 15 patients with priapism in our hospital from August 2005 to February 2011, received conservative treatment at early stage; for patients with no effects by conservative treatment, Winter shunt was used, and integral nursing measures were taken including establishment of a good nurse-patient relationship, preoperative nursing, postoperative nursing, discharge guidance and psychological nursing. The SAS and SDS scores before and after treatment were compared. Results In 15 patients of priapism, 6 patients recovered after drug treatment, 3 patients were cured after puncture by penis, and the other 6 patients were treated after Winter shunt due to inefficient conservative therapy, recovered and discharged. Compared with pre-treatment, SAS and SDS scores of 15 patients after treatment declined, with significant differences （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Integral and psychological nursing can improve treatment outcomes, reduce patients＇ psychological burden, enhance the treatment confidence for patients, and provide a strong guarantee of prognosis for patients.
