| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨急性心肌梗死并心源性休克病人应用主动脉球囊反搏的护理。方法:回顾分析98例急性心肌梗死并心源性休克应用主动脉球囊反搏病人的病历资料。结果:应用IABP于急性心肌梗死并心源性休克病人均显著提高了冠状动脉的血流灌注,改善了心肌供血,提高了抢救成功率。结论:介入治疗室护士应掌握IABP的使用和护理配合技术,规范护理配合流程,以缩短抢救时间,提高抢救成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the nursing of IABP therapy acute myocardial infarction complicated with cardiogenic shock.Methods： 98 patients with AMI acomplicated with cardiogenic shock treatd with IABP were retrospectively analyzed.Results：Intra atroa bloon pump used during acute myocardiac infarction acomplicated with cardiogenic shock patients,remarkably improved coronary perfusion,and blood supply of coronary artery,increased the success rate of rescue.Conclusion：The nurse of involvement treatment room should master the use of IABP and the nursing care,regulate the nursing coordination flow,in order to reduce the time and increase the success rate of rescue. |
