130名独生子女心理健康状况及父母养育方式分析

目的:了解心理门诊就诊的独生子女心理健康状况及父母养育方式,为心理健康教育提供依据.方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和父母养育方式评价量表(EMBU)对130名心理门诊就诊的独生子女进行测试.结果:就诊的独生子女的SCL-90症状总均分及各因子分明显高于SCL-90常模(P＜0.01)差异具有统计学意义；父母养育方式因子分:父母温暖理解(FF1、MF1)、父亲过度保护(FF6)显著低于EMBU常模(P＜0.01)；父母严厉惩罚(FF2、MF4)、过度干涉(FF3、MF2)、拒绝否认( FF5、MF3)显著高于EMBU常模(P＜0.01)差异具有统计学意义.结论:独生子女心理健康及父母养育方式在一定程度上存在问题,心理工作者应有针对性地进行健康教育.

Analysis of 130 Only- childMentalHealth Status and Parenting Style

Objective:To determine the psychological outpatient clinic of purpose only-child psychological health status and parents raise the way,for mental health education provides the basis.Method:Using symptoms self rating scale(SCL-90) and parenting style evaluation questionnaire(EMBU) were administered to 130 psychological outpatient clinic of only child tested.Results Seeking the only child SCL-90 symptoms and factors that points total ponder motive significantly higher than SCL-90 norm(P< 0.01) was significant difference;Parenting style factor points:parents warm understanding(FF1,MF1) father overprotection(EMBU norm significantly below FF6)(P<0.01),Parents to severely punish(FF2,MF4),excessive intervention(FF3,MF2) to deny FF5,MF3)(EMBU norm significantly higher than that(P<0.01).Conclusions The psychological outpatient clinic of only child mental health and parental rearing patterns in a certain extent existence question,psychological workers should be focused on health education.
