医院门诊预约挂号的现状分析

摘    要:目的 分析医院开展预约挂号的效果.方法 分析预约挂号在我院门诊挂号比例,对比分析不满意率、分诊不准确率的变化情况.结果 预门诊患者13 082例中,预约挂号占9.02%.预约挂号组1 180例中34例不满意、29例分诊错误;常规组11 902例中1 582例不满意、964例分诊锚误;两组经x2检验,不满意率(x2 =107.47,P<0.05)、分诊不准确率(x2=48.72,P<0.05),两项均差异有显著意义.结论 采用预约挂号提高了门诊就诊质量和工作效率,有利于建立良好的医患关系,提高患者满意度及分诊准确率,对于增强医院的核心竞争力起到了重要的作用.

Abstract:Objective To analyse the efficacy of scheduling an appointment in hospital. Methods The proportion of outpatient appointment services, patients' dissatisfaction rate and the change of inaccurate triage rate were analysed. Results Among the 13 082 cases of out-patients, the percentage of patients with scheduling an appointment was 9.02%. In 1180 cases of the scheduling appointment group, 34 cases were discontent and 29 cases of the triage wrong. 1 582 cases were discontent and 964 cases of the triage wrong in 11 902 cases of the routine group. Significant statistical differences of dissatisfactory rate and the accuracy of the triage were found between the triage group and the routine group by statistics analysis (P 〈0.05). Conclusion Scheduling an appointment is not only improve the service quality and efficiency but also beneficial to doctor-patient relationship, satisfactory rate, triage accuracy rate and hospital's core competitiveness at the same time.
