| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨超敏C-反应蛋白（high sensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP）与冠心病（coronary heart disease,CHD）的关系。方法：选沈阳医学院奉天医院CHD患者76例为病例组稳定型心绞痛（stable angina pectoris,SAP）25例,不稳定型心绞痛（unstable angina pectoris,UAP）4l例,急性心肌梗死（acute myocardial infarction,AMI）10例]和50例健康体检者为对照组,分别以免疫比浊法测定其hs-CRP值,并统计分析。结果：CHD组hs-CRP值均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。UAP组和AMI组hs-CRP值均高于SAP组,而AMI组hs-CRP值又高于UAP组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：CHD患者依病情发展情况的不同,hs-CRP的增高程度亦不同,提示hs-CRP与CHD患者病情发展存在密切的关系,可为CHD患者诊断及疗效观察提供参考依据。
