帕瑞昔布钠应用于鼻内镜手术的术后镇痛效应观察

目的:研究静脉注射帕瑞昔布钠用于鼻内镜手术术后镇痛效应的观察.方法:选择ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ级行鼻内镜下手术的患者,随机分为帕瑞昔布钠组(P组)和对照组(C组)两组.P组于手术结束前30 min静脉注射帕瑞昔布钠0.8 mg/kg,C组用生理盐水记录疼痛强度(VAS评分)、各项凝血指标及不良反应.结果:P组各时点VAS评分明显低于C组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；P组术后恶心呕吐、头痛头晕、鼻部不适及精神症状发生率显著降低(P＜0.05).结论:单次静脉注射帕瑞昔布钠的术后镇痛效果确切,副作用少无呼吸抑制.是鼻内镜手术术后镇痛较理想的方法之一.

Clinical Observation of Parecoxi -sodium Treatment in Endoscopic Nasal Surgery

Objective:Study of intravenous parecoxib for nasal endoscopic operation for postoperative analgesia effect observation.Methods:Select ASA I - II under nasal endoscopy operation patients, randomly divided into parecoxib group ( P group ) and control group ( group C) two groups. P group in operation before the end of the 30 min intravenous parecoxib sodium 0.8 mg / kg, C group with normal saline recorded pain intensity ( VAS score ), coagulation index and adverse reaction.Results:the VAS scores of the patients after operation were significantly less in parecoxib-sodium group than those in control group(P<0.05).There are no significant difference in coagulation between parecoxib-sodium group and control group(P>0.05).And the percentage of patient’s adverse effects in parecoxib-sodium group was more reduced than those in control group(P<0.05),either.Conclusion:Single intravenous parecoxib-sodium given in vein 30 min before the end of operation can reduce the percentage of patients adverse effects and improve postoperative analgesia,which is a good analgesic means on patients undergoing nasal operations by endoscope.
