| 摘 要： | 目的 观察中药浓缩液痔科洗剂坐浴对肛周脓肿一期根治术后创面愈合的临床疗效.方法 对198例住院患者随机分为两组,观察组103例采用中药浓缩液痔科洗剂坐浴,对照组95例采用1:5 000高锰酸钾(PP)溶液坐浴.观察两组患者术后创面的水肿、疼痛、渗血情况及创面愈合时间.结果 试验组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 中药浓缩液痔科洗剂坐浴中药坐浴可明显减轻术后切口疼痛、渗血,减轻水肿,缩短切口愈合时间.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the wound healing effect of traditional Chinese medicine hip bath after perianal abscess operation. Methods 198 patients with perianal abscess operation were divided into observation group （103 cases） receiving hip bath with traditional Chinese medicine herbal fumigant and control group （95 cases） receiving 1 ： 5 000 PP hip bath. The wound edema, pain level, blood oozing and healing time of two groups after operation were observed. Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was superior to that of the control group significantly （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine herbal fumigant hip bath can release the ache and bleeding of incision, accelerate edema regression and shorten the healing time of incision. |
