术前访视对阴式子宫切除术患者围手术期心理的影响

目的 探讨术前访视对子宫肌瘤拟行阴式子宫切除术的患者围手术期心理的影响.方法 60例子宫肌瘤拟行阴式子宫切除术患者根据手术申请号的先后随机分为两组:实验组和对照组,每组各30例.实验组进行术前访视,对照组未进行术前访视.观察两组术前的生命体征的变化情况.结果 实验组麻醉前和术中收缩压及脉搏与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论 子宫肌瘤拟行阴式子宫切除术的患者适合用于研究术前访视对围手术期心理应激的影响.术前访视能有效减轻子宫肌瘤患者围手术期心理应激.

Effects of Pre-operational Visit to Perioperative Psychology of Patients with Vaginal Hysterectomy

Objective To explore the influence of pre-operational visit to perioperative psychology of patients with vaginal hysterectomy. Methods 60 cases of patients with uterine fibroidtreated s with vaginal hysterectomy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Only the experimental group received pre-operational visit. The changes of vital signs in two groups were observed preoperation. Results The differences of systolic pressure and sphygrnus before anesthesia and intraoperation in experimental group were significative compared with control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The patients with uterine fibroids are suitable to investigate the effects of perioperative psychological stress of preoperative interview. Preoperative interview of transvaginal hysterectomy can effectively reduce the perioperative psychological stress of patients with uterine flbroids.
