摘 要: | 成熟体细胞能被重编程为诱导多潜能干细胞,这种干细胞具有分化全能性、体外易扩增、易于基因干扰或过表达等特性。随着诱导多潜能干细胞项技术在技术路线上的不断改进,以及其在细胞来源和分化方面的突破,该技术在再生医学、药物研发评价、组织工程等领域有着越来越广泛的应用前景。

Abstract: | Somatic cells can be reprogramed and generated induced pluripotent stem cells(iPSC),which is a kind of stem cells with the properties of totipotency,convenience in vitro amplification and gene interference or gene overexpression.With the improvements in iPSC technology and breakthroughs in cell sources and cell differentiation,this technology is holding up more and more extensive application foregrounds in regenerative medicine,drug evaluation and tissue engineering. |
