布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效研究

摘    要:目的探讨布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效。方法以我院386例小儿支气管肺炎作研究对象,A组180例采取抗菌、抗病毒和吸氧等基础治疗,B组206例基础治疗联合雾化吸入布地奈德、盐酸氨溴索,比较两组的临床疗效。结果 A组总有效率78.89%,B组总有效率93.20%,差异比较具有统计学意义(χ2=16.89,P<0.01);B组的咳嗽消失时间、肺啰音消失时间、气促消失时间、体温正常时间和住院时间均明显短于A组,差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗过程中均未出现严重不良反应。结论布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy Research of Budesonide Combined with Ambroxol in Treatment of Children with Bronchial Pneumonia

Abstract:Objective To investigate the efficacy of budesonide combined with ambroxol in treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia. Methods 386 cases children with bronchial pneumonia were selected as research object. Basic treatment included anti-bacterial, anti-viral and oxygen were taken by 180 cases of group A. Basic treatment combined with budesonide and ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation were taken by 206 cases of group B. The clinical efficacy was then compared. Results The total effective rate of group A was 78.89%, and 93.20%was group B. The difference had statistical significance(χ2=16.89,P〈0.01). Cough disappeared time, pulmonary rales disappeared time, shortness of breath disappearance time, temperature normal time and hospital stay of group B were significantly shorter than group A. The difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). During the treatment, no serious adverse reactions happened. Conclusion Budesonide combined with ambroxol had a good efficacy in treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia, which is worthy of clinical application.
