苦丁茶化学成分研究

摘    要:目的 :研究苦丁茶的化学成分。方法 :溶剂法和色谱法分离化合物 ,波谱法鉴定其结构。结果 :分离得到 7个单体化合物 ,分别为羽扇豆醇 (lupeol) (Ⅰ ) ;3β-羟基-羽扇-20(29)-烯-24-羧酸甲酯-[3β-hydroxyl-lup-20(29)-ene-24-methylester] (Ⅱ ) ;羽扇 20-(29) -烯 -3β ,24-二羟基 [lup-20(29)-ene-3β ,24-diol](Ⅲ) ;β-谷甾醇 (β-sitos-terol) (Ⅳ);熊果酸 (ursolicacid) (Ⅴ) ;胡萝卜苷 (daucosterol) (Ⅵ ) ;甘露醇 (mannitol) (Ⅶ)。结论 :Ⅰ ,Ⅲ ,Ⅵ ,Ⅶ为该属植物首次得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study chemical constituents of Ilex kudingcha. METHOD: The constituents were isolated by chromatographic method and the structures were identified on the basis of spectral analysis. RESULT: Seven compounds, lupeol(I); 3 beta-hydroxyl-lup-20(29)-ene-24-methyl ester(II); lup-20(29)-ene-3 beta-, 24-diol(III); beta-sitosterol(IV); ursolic acid(V); daucosterol (VI); mannitol were obtained(VII). CONCLUSION: I, III, VI and VII compounds were obtained from genus Ilex for the first time.
