郑州地区儿童急性呼吸道感染的病毒血清学研究

摘    要:为了解郑州地区儿童急性呼吸道感染人群中病毒感染状况。采用酶联免疫法对1180例急性呼吸道感染患儿进行呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、腺病毒(AdV)、巨细胞病毒(HCMV)和单纯疱疹病毒(HSV1)的IgM抗体测定,同时设定440例非感染病例和289例正常儿童为健康对照,并在年龄、性别、城乡和季节的感染情况进行分析。结果:观察组RSV、AdV、HCMV、HSV1的阳性率分别为31.86%、14.7%、20.59%和20.9%与对照组比较差异显著(P〈0.01)。提示郑州地区儿童急性呼吸道感染人群中RSV、AdV、HCMV、HSV1的阳性率分别为31.86%、14.7%、20.59%和20.9%与对照组比较差异显著(P〈0.01)。提示郑州地区儿童急性呼吸道感染人群中RSV、AdV、HCMV和HSV1的感染率较高,临床

Abstract:In order to observe the viral etiology of acute respiratory tract infection (ARTI) in child population ot Zhengzhou area, ELISA technique was used to determine serum IgM level against respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), adenovirus(AdV), cytomegalovirus (HCMV) and herpes simplex virus(HSV1) in 1180 children with ARI with comparison to that of 440 non-infection cases and 289 healthy children as controls. Simultaneously, the possible influencing factors, such as age, sex, resident situation (urban or rural) and season, were also considered and analyzed. As a result through this study, the positive rate of RSV,AdV, HCMV and HSV1 was found to be 31. 86%, 14. 70%, 20. 59% and 20. 90% respectively. It was also demonstrated that a significant difference was found between observation group and control group (P<0. 01). The authors concluded that the infection rate of RSV, AdV, HCMV and HSV1 was discovered to be high in ARTI in children of Zhengzhou area. More attention should be paid to viral etiology of ARTI, especially in Zhengzhou area.
