| 摘 要： | 目的:了解新疆地区二级医院住院患者抗菌药物的应用情况,为抗菌药物的合理应用提供参考。方法:采用回顾性方法,对新疆地区3家二级医院2008年1～6月抗菌药物的应用情况进行统计、分析。结果:抗菌药物应用率为67.95%;抗菌药物应用存在诸多不合理现象,主要表现在用药指征不明确、药物选择不当、用药剂量大、给药次数不合理、不合理联合用药等方面。结论:加强抗菌药物管理,促进抗菌药物的合理应用势在必行。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To investigate the use of antibiotics in the inpatients of three second-level hospitals in order to provide reference for rational use of antibiotics. METHODS: By means of retrospective study, the application of antibiotics in three second-level hospitals from Jan. to Jun. in 2008 was analyzed statistically.
