尿中镉的原子荧光检测法

摘    要:目的用"镉专用试剂"试验原子荧光光度法测定尿镉的可行性。方法用"镉专用试剂1号"为还原剂,"镉专用试剂2号"为专用增敏剂进行尿镉测定试验。结果镉含量在0~2.0μg/L之间呈线性关系,回归方程Y=2175.43X+65.45,相关系数r=0.9997,检出限为0.06μg/L,取尿样4ml时,尿镉的最低检出浓度为0.15μg/L。结论方法灵敏、简便、可行,但成本偏高;应研究"镉专用试剂"的替代方法;方法的稳定性、重复性应进一步提高和改进。

Abstract:[ Objective] To observe the method for determination of cadmium in urine by atomic fluorescence spectrometry { AFS) with the help of Cadmium Specific Reagents. [ Methods] Cadmium content in urine sample was analyzed with specific reagent 1 as a reducing agent, and specific reagent 2 as a sensitizer. [ Results] Good linear relationship showed when the Cadmium content was between 0 and 2.0 μg/L. The regression formula was Y = 2175.43X + 65.45, Related coefficient r = 0.9997. And the detection limit was 0.06 μg/L. When the volume of urine sample was 4 ml, the lowest detection concentration was 0.15 μg/L. [ Conclusion]The method, which has high sensitivity, was simple and practical, but high-cost. An alternative method for determination of cadmium with the help of specific reagents should be studied. And the stability, repeatability of that method should be further improved.
