近视患者不同厚度角膜表面形态差异的研究

目的研究近视患者不同厚度角膜前后表面形态的差异。方法按屈光度和角膜厚度将54例近视患者共108眼分组，测量角膜表面变异系数并进行比较，分析不同厚度角膜表面形态差异的特点。结果角膜厚度较薄组的前后表面形态变异程度均大于厚度较高组（P〈0．05）。但中等屈光度的不同厚度角膜后表面变异未见显著差别。结论不同厚度角膜表面形态存在差异。

A Study on the Difference of Corneal Appearances of Different Thickness in Myopia

Objective To study the differences between anterior and posterior surfaces＇ appearances of different corneal thickness in myopia. Methods 54 myopic subjects （108 eyes） were divided into two groups based on diopter and corneal thickness, then measured their anterior and posterior corneal surfaces＇ difference indexes by Orbscan-II z and compared the results. To analyze features of surfaces＇ appearances of different corneal thickness. Results The difference indexes of thinner corneal surface were higher than those of thicker corneas （P 〈0.05）, but analysis of moderate diopter subjects indicated that no significant differences were found in posterior corneal surface. Conclusion It has differences between surface appearances of different corneal thickness.
