| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨导乐陪伴式分娩的临床效果以及护理体会.方法 将住院分娩的产妇按入院先后分为导乐陪伴待产组(700例)与常规待产组(700例)进行观察.结果 导乐陪伴待产组与对照组相比产程时间短(P＜0.01),并发症少(P＜0.05),产后出血量少.结论 导乐陪伴式分娩有利于提高产科医疗和护理服务质量,保证母婴安全,值得推广.
