中医舌色的视觉心理物理特性分析

目的 基于数字图像技术的中医舌诊的客观化、现代化研究近年来取得了长足进步,可实现舌象信息的获取和舌象指标分析.但目前的舌象舌色分析多以模式分类等方法进行舌色种类的划分,没有结合人眼视觉的定量分析,对其客观化研究结果有一定局限性.本文拟利用视觉心理物理学的相关方法对中医舌颜色进行分析.方法 根据实验室多年积累的中医舌色样本在HSI空间柱状图分布确定颜色域,并对其等距划分,进而通过心理物理量表实验建立等距量表.结果 确定出HSI颜色空间各分量和中医舌颜色感知量的心理物理特性.结论 舌色感知量值随颜色物理刺激量值的增加,呈不同程度的变化趋势.本研究为中医舌色的一维量化进一步分析提供理论基础.

Psychophysical characteristic analysis of tongue color in traditional Chinese medicine

Objective Recently the research of objectification and modernization of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） tongue diagnosis based on digital image technology has made a great progress,so that we can get the information and characteristic analysis of the tongue manifestations.However,the tongue manifestations are classified by pattern classification in most of the present analyses.There is no quantitative analysis in terms of the human visual system and it has certain limitations on objectification.A visual psychophysical method is developed to solve this problem in this paper.Methods We designated the color gamut based on the bar graphs of the specimens,which came from the data base in our laboratory,then partitioned the color gamut and made the tongue color interval scale by the psychophysical scale methods.Results The analysis results demonstrated the psychophysical characteristics between the three values of the HSI color space and the perception of the tongue color in TCM.Conclusions This paper obtained the different variation tendencies between the value of physical stimulation and the perception of tongue color,and offered a theoretic basis for further optimization of one-dimensional quantitative research on tongue color of TCM.
