孕期护士心理状况分析及对策

摘    要:目的了解孕期护士心理特点,探讨科学的孕期护士的管理模式,为管理者科学管理这一特殊群体提供科学依据.方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对30名孕期护士(无异常妊娠史及妊娠并发症者)及30名护士(已婚)进行问卷调查,对结果进行统计分析.结果孕期护士存在程度不等的心理问题,特别表现在强迫状态、人际关系、焦虑、恐怖等方面.结论研究中发现孕期护士的心理健康状况较一般护士差,需要得到护理管理层的重视.护理管理者应充分认识护士在孕期这一特殊阶段的心理压力源,重视孕期护士的心理健康,科学地对其心理方面存在问题进行干预,以提高其心理适应能力.

Psychological Status and Countermeasures of Pregnancy Nursers
Abstract:Objective To analysis psychological characterize of pregnancy nursers and explore the management modes so as to provide scientific management with basis for improvement. Hethods SCL-90 were used to assess the psychological status in 30 pregnancy nursers without high-risk gestation and without pregnancy complications and 30 nursers without gestation. Results There are some psychological problems ,expecially embody on compulsive status , relations with others, anxiety and terror. Conclusion The psychological health status of pregnancy nursers are inferior to nursers without gestation and the nursing management department relieve the anxiety and depression in pregnancy psychological health and intervent the problems so should pay attention to the problem. In order to nusers, it is necessary to pay attention to the as to improve their psychological adaption ability.
