摘    要: 目的:探讨影响中药贴敷剂(CTCM)主要制备工艺条件,并对CTCM进行质童检查。方法:采用均匀设计方法,对钻合剂、无机盐、充填剂、乳化剂、保湿剂、乙烯聚合物进行U7(76)的实脸,得出最优配比组成,对CTCM做初粘性、持粘性、粘着力、耐寒、耐热、粘数性、刺激性及致敏性试验。结果:CTCM具有载药量大,贴敷性能好,稳定性高,无致敏性与刺激性。基质适用性广,可与任何中药提取物配合,制备工艺简单,可直接采用硬膏涂布机进行生产,一降低了工艺中涂布烘干温度,减少中药有效成分的分解及挥发性成分的挥散,明显提高皮肤给药的治疗效果。结论:CTCM符合临床使用的要求。

Abstract:OBJECTIVES:To investigate the preparing technicues,factors affecting the main characteristics of cataplamat of traditional Chinese medicine(CTCM),and to determine CTCM quality.METHODS:Using homogeneous design optimum seeking method,we obtained the optimal preparing conditions through experiment on six factors:adhesive(A),inorganic salt(B),filling agent(C),emulsifier(D),maintainable mosit agent(E),vingl polymer(F).Mass analyzsis of CTCM prepared according to these conditions was made,such as viscosity for the firstime/continued viscosity/adhesion/cold resistantce/heat resistance/adhesion/irritation tests.RESULTS:The volume of drug in CTCM was large,the adhesion appropriate,the adhesiveness better.The stability was higher.No sensitization and irritation.The substrates could coordinate any extracts of traditional Chinese medicine.CONCLUSION:CTCM prepared in our laboratory corresponds with clinical use,and could be used as a new plaster.
