| 摘 要： | 目的探讨黄连消毒饮的药理作用。方法随机将实验动物分成为受试组、空白对照组、标准对照组,记录、比较给药前后观察指标的变化。结果与空白对照组相比较,受试组有显著的疗效(P<0.01),有些方面优于标准对照组。结论黄连消毒饮有解热、镇痛、抗炎作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore phamacological effect about disinfectant soup o f Copitis Root.Methods:The experimental animals were divided randomly into treated group,blank control group and standard group.The observed indexes were reorded and contrasted after experiment.Results:Compared the results with the blank cont rol group,the treated group has obvious effect(p<0.01).In some aspects,it is sup erior to the standard control group.Conclusion:The disinfectant soup of Copitis Root has effect of reducing temperature,easing pain and reducing inflammation. |
