外用溃疡散保留灌肠治疗肛门疾病术后并发症的临床观察

为探讨外用溃疡散保留灌肠治疗肛门疾病术后并发症的效果，我们对肛门疾病术后采用外用溃疡散（41例，治疗组）、锡类散（34例，对照Ⅰ组）和滑石粉（30例，对照Ⅱ组）灌肠的105例患者的术后症状评分进行回顾性分析，并进行对比研究。结果显示，治疗组手术后第7天疼痛、出血、水肿及下坠感、分泌物评分明显低于对照Ⅰ组，P〈0．05；手术后第3天和第7天疼痛、出血、水肿及下坠感、分泌物评分明显低于对照Ⅱ组，P〈0．05。结果表明，肛门疾病术后外用溃疡散保留灌肠能明显减轻术后并发症。

Retention Enema by Using the Waiyong Kuiyangsan in the Treatment of Postoperative Complications of Anal Disease

For the objective of exploring the efficacy of retention enema by using the Waiyong Kuiyangsan in the treatment of postoperative complication of anal disease authors analysed retrospectively the postoperative symptoms score rating of 105 patients among whom 41 cases were subjected to enema with abovementioned powder（as treatment group）,34 cases with Xilei San（Powder for treating these diseases） （as Ⅰ controlled group）,30 cases with talcum powder （as Ⅱcontrolled group） respectively. As results,in treatment group the scores of pain, edema, bleeding, tenesmus and secretion at the 7th clays after operation were significantly lower than that in Ⅰcontrolled group（ P〈0.05） ;while at the 3rd and 7th clay lower significantly than that in Ⅱ controlled group（ P〈0.05）. These results show that after the operation for anal disease retention enema by using the Waiyong Kuiyangsan can distinctly reduce postoperative complication.
