28例腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的护理

为探讨腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的护理配合，对28例行腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者进行统一护理，观察手术是否顺利和术后生活质量。结果显示，所有患者手术顺利，手术时间100～180min，平均出血量170ml，无中转开腹，手术均成功。平均住院时间为12．8d。术后患者生活质量良好。结果表明，术前细心的护理准备和术中正确的护理配合对腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的顺利完成及患者术后生活质量的提高具有重要意义。

Nursing Cooperation During the Laparoscope-assisted Radical Therapy for Rectal Carcinoma of 28 Cases

The objective of this study was to explore perioperative nursing cooperation with laparoscope-assisted radical therapy for rectal carcinoma. The 28 eases of this disease underwent the united nursing perio- peratively;their following aspects were observed, such as whether operations were carried successfully,and the quality of patient＇s life. As results,all of the patients were operated on primarily and successfully,their operation time was 110-180min, average bleeding volume was 170ml, There was no laparotomy, all opera- tions success. Average time of hospital stay were 12.8 days. Their postoperative life quality gained significant improvement. Above results show that careful preoperative nursing preparation and correct skill cooperation can play an important role in successful laparoscope-assisted radical operation for rectal carcinoma and enhancement of postoperative life quality.
