PPH治疗直肠前突所致出口梗阻型便秘的临床研究

为观察痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）冶疗直肠前突所致出口梗阻型便秘的临床疗效，将25例直肠前突所致出口梗阻型便秘分为治疗组15例，采用PPH治疗；对照组10例，采用经直肠切开修补术（Sehapayah法）治疗，观察两组患者治愈率及术后并发症。结果显示．治疗组与对照组愈显率分别为67％和60％（P〉0．05）．但两组间的术后疼痛程度、创口愈合天数存在显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结果表明，在治疗直肠前突所致出口梗阻型使秘时，PPH与传统经直肠切开前突修补术相比，具有手术操作简单、术后并发症少、恢复时间短、安全性高等优点，但治疗直肠前突其远期疗效有待于进一步观察。

Clinical Study on the Therapeautic Efficacy of PPH in the Treatment of Outlet Obstructive Constipation Caused by Rectocele

The objective of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of PPH in the treatment of outlet obstructive constipation caused by rectocele. 15 patients with outlet obstructive constipation caused by rectoeele underwent PPH（the study group）, 10 patients with the same disease underwent Sehapayah operation （the controlled group） ,and the cure rate and the postoperative complications of the two groups were recor- ded. As results,the cure and markedly improved rate in the study group and controlled group was 67.0% and 60.0% respectively（ P 〉0.05）,while PPH was superior in postoperative pain and wound healing（ P 〈0.01）. It is revealed that PPH has the advantage such as being simpler in operation, less in complications,less in recovery time and more safe,but its long-term therapeautic outcome needs to be observed.
