内括约肌侧切术配合复方角菜酸酯栓治疗慢性肛裂的临床观察

观察内括约肌侧切术配合复方角菜酸酯栓对慢性肛裂的临床疗效。应用内括约肌侧切术治疗慢性肛裂118例，随机分为治疗组60例和对照组58例，治疗组在术后配合复方角菜酸酯栓肛门给药，并与对照组进行对比观察。结果显示，用药后疼痛反应明显减轻，愈合时间缩短。疼痛积分两组差异有显著统计学意义（t=2．63，P〈0．01）。两组患者均一次全部治愈。两组平均愈合时间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。用药期间和长期门诊随访中未见明显不良反应。结果表明，内括约肌侧切术配合复方角菜酸酯栓治疗慢性肛裂，术后疼痛明显减轻，疗程缩短。

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Efficacy of Internal Sphincter Lateral Incision plus Titanorein Compound Suppository in the Treatment of Chronic Anal Fissure

One hundred and eighteen patients with chronic anal fissure were randomised into study group（ n =60） and control group（ n =58） in order to observe therapeutic efficacy of internal sphincter lateral incision plus titanorein compound suppository. All the patients underwent internal sphincter lateral incision, while patients in the study group recieved titanorein compound suppository postoperatively. Results showed that reduced pain and shortened healing time were noticed in the study group;there was statistical difference in pain score between the two groups（ t =2.63, P〈0.01）. The patients in two groups were all primarily cured and there was statistical difference in wound healing（ P〈0.05）;and that no obvious adverse reaction was found during medication and follow up. It is concluded that internal sphincter lateral incision plus titanorein compound suppository in the treatment of chronic anal fissure can ensure a marked pain reduction and shorten treatment course.
