小剂量低浓度盐酸氯普鲁卡因用于老年人骶管麻醉的效果观察

为观察低浓度国产盐酸氯普鲁卡因用于老年人骶管麻醉的临床效果，我们将65～80岁老年肛肠病手术患者60例，随机分为观察组（30例）和对照组（30例），观察组用1．5％国产盐酸氯普鲁卡因20ml麻醉，对照组用1．0％盐酸利多卡因20ml麻醉。结果显示，观察组麻醉起效时间和痛觉消失时间快于对照组（P〈0．05）；痛觉恢复时间观察组快于对照组（P〈0．05）。两组患者呼吸循环稳定，无不良反应。结果表明，小剂量低浓度国产盐酸氯普鲁卡因用于老年人骶管麻醉安全，且起效快。

Observation on the Anesthetic Results of Small-Dosage and Low-concentration Chloroprocaine Hydrochloride Used in Senile Sacral Anesthesia

For the objective of observing the clinical efficacy of small-dosage,low-concentration chloroprocaine hydrochloride used in senile sacral anesthesia,the sixty senile patients （65-80 years old） who would undergo anorectal operations were randomized into two groups. Thirty cases underwent sacral anesthesia with China made cbloroprocaine hydrochloride（1.5% ,20ml） ,as the study group ; while the other 30 underwent lidocaine bydrochloride（1.0% ,20ml）,as the control group. As results,anesthesia was quicker in efficacy initiation and the pain sensation disappearance time was also faster in the study group than that in the control group（ P 〈0. 05） ;while pain recovery time was also quicker in the control group than in the study group（ P 〈0.05）;The respiration and circulation were stabilization and no adverse reaction was noticed during anesthesia in two groups. It is revealed that small-dosage and low-concentration chloroprocaine hydrochloride（China made） is safe and quicker in initiation of anesthetic efficacy.
