吻合器痔切闭术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效

为比较吻合器痔切闭术与传统外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔的临床效果，我们在同期住院患者中，各抽取126例患者人组，对术后疼痛等9项指标进行对比分析。结果显示，切闭术组手术时间、住院时间、恢复工作时间、大便时疼痛、尿潴留、术中出血、术后出血及术后肛缘水肿等指标明显优于传统手术组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，与传统外剥内扎术比较，吻合器痔切闭术具有手术时间短，术中、术后出血少，创口愈合快，能较早恢复工作等优点，是一种简单、安全、可靠、微创的术式。

Therapeutic Effect of the Resection ＆ Closure Procedure by Using Stapler on Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

The objective of this study was to compare the clinical outcomes of traditional external dissociation ＆ internal ligation procedure and the resection ＆ closure procedure by using stapler. Authors took out 252 patients from admitted patients at same duration and divided them into resection ＆closure group and controlled group（i, e traditional procedure group）, 126 cases/per group;and the 9 items of indexes such as pain, operation time, operative bleeding, etc. of both groups were compared and analysed each other. These results showed that in operation time, hospitalization duration, rework time, pain during defecation, urinary stasis,operative bleeding, bleeding following operation, and anal edge edema after operation, resection closure group was superior to controlled group（ P〈0.05）. These results indicate that compared with tra- ditional procedure,the resection ＆ closure procedure by using stapler has such advantages as shorter operation time, less bleeding during and after operation, faster healing of wound, more early rework, and so on, thus it is of simple,safe,feasible and micro-invasive procedure for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.
