复方亚-布合剂用于肛肠病术后镇痛的临床观察

为观察复方亚-布合剂用于肛肠病术后镇痛的效果，将1042例肛肠病术后患者分成两组，治疗组640例，术后在创口周围多点注射复方亚-布合剂；对照组402例，术后静脉留置镇痛泵持续给药48h。两组分别于术后当天、术后第2天、第7天，对比观察镇痛效果。结果表明，复方亚-布合剂在长效镇痛方面明显优于对照组（P〈O．01），是治疗肛肠病术后疼痛的有效方法。

Clinical Observation on the Analgetic Efficacy of Compound Ya-Bu Mixture Used after the Operation for Anorectal Disease

For the objective of observing the analgetic efficacy of compound Ya-Bu mixture（0.75% bupivacaine hydrochloride 5ml,20 % lidocaine 5ml plus methylene blue 4ml） used after the operation for anorectal diseases author divided the 1 042 cases into two groups：treatment group and controlled group. The former group（640 cases） were subjected to injection of this mixture at peri-wound poly-point,later group（402 cases） were continously administered analgetic drug through intravenously placed analgetic pump for 48h af- ter operation. At the operation-day, later the 2nd day, the 7th day, the analgetic efficacies of both groups were observed and compared each other. As results, this mixture is superior method to used in controlled group（ P 〈0.01）, thus is effective for postoperative analgetic method of anorectal disease.
