超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎加悬吊术治疗痔14例疗效观察

为观察超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎加悬吊术治疗痔的临床疗效及安全性，我们运用痔动脉超声多普勒诊断仪治疗痔患者14例，其中混合痔5例，Ⅰ期内痔3例，Ⅱ期内痔3例，Ⅲ期内痔3例。随访半年，13例患者症状全部消失，1例患者肛门有小皮赘脱出，但无不适感，总有效率100％。术中术后患者基本无疼痛感。结果表明，超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎加悬吊术治疗痔安全、有效、疼痛轻、并发症少。

Therapeutic Effect of Doppler Ultrasound Guided Hemorrhoidal Artery Ligation plus Suspension for Hemorrhoids of 14 Cases

For the aim of investigating the clinical curative effect and safety ot Doppler uitrasouna guided hemorrhoidal artery ligation plus suspension for hemorrhoids authors adopted this therapy for treatment of 14 cases with hemorrhoids,among whom mixed hemorrhoids were in 5 cases;Ⅰ grade internal hemorrhoids in 3 cases, Ⅱgrade in 3 cases, Ⅲ grade in 3 cases. The follow-up of 0.5yr,found that symptoms of 13 cases all disappeared, in one case there was mini-skin tag at the anus without uncomfortable sense, thus total effective rate was 100% ;during and after operation patients had not pain sense basically. These results show that this therapy is safe, effective, and of milder pain and less complication.
