乙状结肠造口术前定位的临床价值

为总结乙状结肠造口术前定位的临床经验与效果，将行Miles术式的患者根据是否作术前造口定位随机分为研究组和对照组各96例，观察术后近期及远期并发症的发生率。结果显示，研究组术后并发症的发生率16．7％，明显低于对照组29．2％（P〈0．05）。结果表明，乙状结肠造口术前定位方法简单，疗效确切，减少了术后并发症。

Clinical Value of Localization Performed before Sigmoidostomy

The objective of this study was to summarize the clinical experiences and evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of preoperative localization of sigmoidostomy. Ninety six patients who had undergone sigmoidostomic localization（the study group） and another 96 patients who had not received the procedure（the controlled group） were randomly divided into two groups, and postoperative complications in the two groups were compared. Results showed that postoperative complication rate in the study group was 16.7% ,while that in the controlled group was 29.2% （ P〈0.05）. This suggests that preoperative localization before sigmoidostomy is effective,simple and can ensure the reduction of postoperative complications.
