TRAF4在溃疡性结肠炎中的表达及意义

本研究探讨TRAF4在溃疡性结肠炎（UC）中的表达，进一步了解TRAF4与自身免疫性疾病的关系。将UC患者35例（UC组）和普通肠炎患者15例（对照组）经结肠镜活检，HE、免疫组织化学检测肠黏膜腺上皮及淋巴细胞、浆细胞的TRAF4表达情况．并进行分类比较。结果显示，UC中淋巴细胞、浆细胞核的TRAF4的阳性率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），UC肠黏膜腺上皮细胞核的TRAF4表达阳性率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），UC中肠黏膜腺上皮细胞浆的TRAF4表达与对照组无明显差异（P〉0．05）。结果表明，TRAF4在UC中细胞核的表达存在异常，尤其在淋巴细胞、浆细胞核中的表达存在明显异常。

Study on the Expression and its Significance of TRAF4 in Ulcerative Colitis

The objective of this study was to discuss the expression of TRAF4 in ulcerative colitis（UC） and to understand the relationship between TRAF4 and autoimmune diseases. 35 patients（study group） and 15 patients with colitis （controlled group） underwent colonoscopic biopsy. And the TRAF4 expressions o{ plasmocyte nucleus,lymphocyte and epithelial cell of the intestinal mucosa gland were displayed via HE stain and immunohistochemical test. As results,the positive rate of TRAF4 expression of lymphocyte and plasmocyte nucleus in study group was markedly higher than that in controlled group（ P 〈0.05） ,the posi rive rate of TRAF4 of the epithelial cell nucleus of the intestinal mucosa gland in study group was markedly higher than that in the controlled group（ P 〈0.05） ,and the positive rate of TRAF4 of the cytoplasm of the epithelial cells of the intestinal mucosa gland in study group was similar to that in controlled group（ P 〉0.05）. It is revealed that the TRAF4 expression of nucleus of UC is abnormal and this abnormal expression becomes more marked in lymphocyte and plasmocyte.
