外剥内扎加弧形切口皮桥游离术治疗女性前位痔50例疗效观察

为探讨女性前位痔的手术方式，将100例女性前位痔患者随机分为两组，治疗组50例采用外剥内扎加弧形切口皮桥游离术治疗，对照组50例采用单纯外剥内扎术治疗。结果显示，两组临床疗效无显著性差异（P〉0．05），但治疗组创口愈合时间（12．5±2．3）d，术后发生肛门水肿8例，残留皮赘1例，术后1年复发1例；对照组创口愈合时间（21．7±3．9）d，术后发生肛门水肿38例，残留皮赘23例，术后1年复发12例，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结果表明，外剥内扎加孤形切口皮桥游离术治疗女性前位痔具有缩短创口愈合时间、减少术后残留皮赘及水肿、降低痔复发率、肛门整齐等优点。

Observation on the Therapeutic Efficacy of the Procedure of External Dissection,Internal Ligation Plus Arc Incision and Free Skin Bridge in the Treatment of Female Anterior Hemorrhoids. Analysis of 50 Cases

One hundred female patients with anterior hemorrhoids were randomized into two groups, the study group（ n =50）underwent the procedure of external dissection,internal ligation plus arc incision and free skin bridge（EDILAIFSB） and the controlled group（ n = 50）,the simple procedure of external dissection and internal ligation（EDIL）. As results,there was no marked difference in clinical therapeutic effect in the two groups（ P 〉0.05） ,while in the study group the wound healing time was （12.5±2.3）days,post- operative anal edema occurred in 8 cases,residual skin tag was noticed in one case and recurrence one year after operation was found in one case;and that in the controlled group was （21.7 ±3.9）days, 38 cases, 23 cases and 12 cases respectively（ P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that EDILAIFSB has such advantages as shorter wound healing time,less postoperative residual skig tags and edema,less recurrence of hemorrhoids and no deformity of the anus.
