| 摘 要： | 为探讨悬吊加消痔灵注射治疗混合痔的临床疗效，我们将98例混合痔患者随机分为治疗组（50例）和对照组（48例）。治疗组采用悬吊加消痔灵注射，对照组采用外切内扎术。术后观察创面愈合情况和并发症的发生情况。结果显示，两组患者均治愈。治疗组术后无需住院，并发症少，疗效明显优于对照组。结果表明，悬吊加消痔灵注射是治疗混合痔的理想术式。

| Abstract: | In order to investigate the curative effect of the combined therapy of suspension and Xiaozhiling injection on mixed hemorrhoid the ninety eight patients were randomized into two groups：50 cases underwent this combined therapy（the study group） ,while another 48 cases underwent the procedure of external incision and internal ligation（the control group）. As results,all the patients in the two groups were cured; patients in the study group had less complications and needed no hospital stay. It is concluded that the combined therapy of suspension and Xiaozhiling injection is a better procedure. |
