利多卡因在痔瘘术后换药中止痛作用的临床观察

为观察利多卡因在痔瘘术后换药中的止痛作用，将256例痔瘘术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组分别在术后第1天和第2天换药中使用利多卡因与生理盐水，对照组分别在术后第1天和第2天换药中使用双氧水与生理盐水，观察两组患者在换药中使用利多卡因与生理盐水以及使用双氧水与生理盐水时疼痛程度的差异。结果显示，治疗组疼痛评分优15．6％，良59．4％，一般17．2％，差7．8％；对照组优1．6％，良3．1％，一般14．1％。差81．3％，两组结果有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结果表明，利多卡因在痔瘘手术后换药中能显著减轻患者痛苦，安全经济方便。

Clinical Observation on the Anodyne Efficacy of Lidocaine Used in Postoperative Dressing Change for Hemorrhoids and Fistula

The objective of this study was to observe the anodyne efficacy of Lidocaine used in postoperative dressing change for hemorrhoids and fistula. The 256 patients were random divided into treatment group and controlled group. In treatment group on the 1st day,and on the 2nd day Lidocaine and normal saline solution was used for dressing change; while in controlled group, H2O2 or normal saline solution was used at same time respectively. Then pain extents of both groups were observed during dressing change and compared each other. As results,in treatment group the pain score rating was excellent at 15.6% ,good at 59.4%,general at 17.2%,worst at 7.8%;while in controlled group was at 1.6%,3.1%, 14.1% and 81. 3%, respectively; thus there all was significant differences（ P 〈0.05）. These results indicate that Lidocaine use in postoperative dressing change for hemorrhoids and fistula can greatly reduce pain of patients,and is safe, economic and convenient.
