苦参汤用于混合痔术后创面愈合的疗效观察

为探讨苦参汤用于混合痔术后熏洗坐浴促进创面愈合的临床疗效和优点，回顾性分析收治的130例混合痔患者临床资料。将其随机分成两组，治疗组65例术后使用苦参汤，对照组65例术后使用1：5000PP液。结果显示，随访5～10个月（平均7．2个月），治疗组患者在用药前后症状、体征变化优于对照组。结果表明，使用苦参汤熏洗坐浴对混合痔术后创面各种症状改善程度明显。苦参汤是促进混合痔术后创面愈合有效可靠的药物。

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Result of Kushen Tang Decoction in the Promotion of Wound Healing after Surical Operation of Mixed Hemorrhoids

The objective of this study is to discuss the therapeutic results of Kushen Tang decoction fumigation wash and sit bath in the promotion of wound healing after surgical operation of mixed hemorrhoids. The clinical data of 130 patients with mixed hemorrhoids,who had undergone surgical treatment,and received above postoperative wound-healing management, were analysis retrospectively. These patients were randomized into two groups, the study group（ n = 65）, received Kushen Tang decoction fumigation wash and sit bath,while the controlled group（ n = 65） received PP fluid（1 ： 5 000）. All the patients were fol- lowed up for 5-10 monthes. Results showed that the wound-healing status in the study group was better than that in the controlled group. It is concluded that Kushen Tang decoction fumigation wash and sit bath is an effective and reliable agent in the promotion of wound healing after surgical treatment of mixed hemorrhoid.
