混合痔中医证型的病理学研究

为探讨不同证型混合痔的微血管密度（MVD）、血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）、雌激素受体（ER）之间的表达情况及中医证型分类的病理学基础．应用免疫组化的方法检测60例混合痔组织与正常肠黏膜组织巾的MVD、VEGF及ER的表达。结果表明，痔组织的MVD、VEGF水平高于正常肠黏膜组织（P〈0．05）；两组ER水平间无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；痔组织各分型间MVD、VEGF、ER的表达无统计学差异。结果表明，MVD、VEC-F水平升高会促进痔的形成，但痔的形成与ER阳性表达无明显相关性；MVD、VEGF、ER阳性表达与痔的中医分型没有相关性。

Pathological Research for Different Chinese Medicine Types of Mixed Hemorrhoids

In order to probe into the expressions of microvessal density（MVD） ,vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） and estrogen reeeptor（ER） in different Chinese medicine type of mixed hemorrhoids,and the pathological basis of TCM type,authors detected the expression levels of MVD,VEGF and ER in hemorrhoid tissue of 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids and controlled tissue by using immunhistochemical staining technique. As results,there was statistical difference（ P 〈0.05） in MVD and VEGF between normal intestinal mucosa and hemorrhoid tissue,i, e latter levels were higher than former;but in ER no significant difference（ P 〉0.05） ;and there was not statistical difference（ P 〉0.05） among the different typies of hemorrhoids in MVD,VEGF and ER expression. Besides,the higher level of MVD and VEGF can facilitate the formation of hemorrhoids but there was not the relativity between the formation of hemorrhoids and ER positive expression;And there was not the relativity between TCM type and posilive expression of MVD,VEGF and ER.
