| 摘 要： | 为观察中药直肠滴入疗法治疗溃疡性直肠炎的疗效，将144例溃疡性直肠炎患者分为治疗组和对照组各72例，分别用中药汤剂及锡类散混合液直肠滴人。结果显示，治疗组总有效率95．8％，对照组总有效率83．3％，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，中药直肠滴人疗法治疗溃疡性直肠炎有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | For observing the therapeutic effect of instillation therapy via rectum for ulcerative rectitis （UR） author divided the 144 patients into treatment and controlled group（72 cases,each group）,which was subject to the decoction instillation of Chinese traditional drug（CTD） and Xileisan （powder for treating this diseases） mixture solution instillation respectively. As results, the total effective rate in treatment group was 95.8% ,in controlled group was 83.3% （ P 〈0.05）. These indicate that CTD instillation for UR has better therapentic effect. |
