复方亚甲蓝注射液用于肛门病术后镇痛的临床观察

为探讨减轻肛门病术后疼痛的方法，我们将200例肛门病术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各100例。治疗组给予复方亚甲蓝创面注射，对照组创面不用任何药物，观察两组术后疼痛起始时间、疼痛持续时间、疼痛程度以及排便、换药时疼痛情况。结果表明，复方亚甲蓝用于肛门病术后镇痛，具有起效快、维持时间长、镇痛作用强的效果，价格低廉，无毒副反应，且明显降低了术后排尿困难的发生率。

Clinical Observation on the Postoperative Analgesic Efficacy of Methylene Blue Compound Injection Applied after Surgical Treatment of Anal Diseases

The objective of the study was to evaluate the postoperative analgesic efficacy of methylene blue compound after surgical treatment of anal diseases. Two hundred patients with anal diseases were evenly randomized into study group（ n = 100） and controlled group（ n = 100）. Patients in the study group underwent methylene blue compound injection after operation, while patients in the controlled group recieved no analgesic agents treatment. Pain initiation time, pain duration time, pain extents as well pain during defecation and dress change were recorded in the two groups. It is concluded that the analgesic efficacy of methylene blue compound is quicker in exerting its efficacy,longer in maintaining analgesic effect and better in analgesia, lower cost, no side reaction, what＇s more, methylene blue compound has the efficacy of reducing dysuria.
