| 摘 要： | 通过对PPH术后肛肠动力学变化的分析，评估该术式的远期疗效。选择Ⅲ，Ⅳ度内痔（以脱出为主的环状痔）患者30例行PPH。分别于术前1日及术后3个月对肛肠动力学指标进行检测，并对结果进行统计学分析。结果显示，PPH术后肛管最大静息压、直肠感觉阈值量、直肠最大耐受量及直肠最大顺应性较术前降低（P〈0．05）．其中肛管最大静息压降低尤为显著（P〈O．01）。结果表明，PPH的远期疗效是乐观的。

Prospective Study on the Long-term Curative Effects of PPH for Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids |

| Abstract: | Through the analysis on the change of anorectal dynamics after PPH this study evaluated the loflg-term curative effects of this procedure. The 30 patients with Ⅲ or Ⅳ degree internal hemorrhoids （mainly as prolapsed circumferential hemorrhoids） were selected and subjected to PPH. Their indexes of anorectal dynamics were measured at 1 day before operation, 3 monthes after operation, then the obtained data were analysed statistically. Results showed that after operation maximum resting pressure, threshold volume of rectum aesthesia, maximum tolerable volume of rectum and rectal compliance were all reduced than those before operation（ P d0.05）,in particular maximum resting pressure（ P d0.01）. The results show that the long-term curative effects of PPH is optimistic. |
