肛痛消软膏防治混合痔外剥内扎术后疼痛的临床观察

为观察肛痛消软膏防治混合痔外剥内扎术后疼痛的疗效，我们将符合纳入标准的60例患者随机分为两组，治疗组30例术后给予肛痛消软膏，对照组30例术后给予太宁乳膏，分别于手术结束时及便后换药时敷于创面上。结果显示，术后0．5h及术后第10天换药后0．5h，两组间疼痛VAS评分比较均无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；术后6h至术后第7天换药后0．5h，两组间疼痛VAS评分比较均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；两组患者均未发现药物不良反应。结果表明，肛痛消软膏用于防治混合痔术后疼痛具有明显的疗效。

Clinical Observation on the Analgesic Efficacy of Gangtongxiao Ointment Applied Postoperatively for Surgical Treatment of Mixed Hemorrhoid

The objective of the study was to observed the analgesic efficacy of Gangtongxiao ointment（analgesic ointment for anal pain,AOAP） in patients who had undergone the surgical procedure of external dissection and internal ligation in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. Sixty patients were randomized into two groups,patients in the study group（ n = 30） received AOAP postoperatively and after each delectation,while patients in the controlled group（ n =30） received titanoreine cream. As results,the pain VAS scores at postoperative 0. 5 hour, postoperative 10 day（0. 5 hour after dress change） had no statistical difference between the two groups（ P 〉0. 05）;the pain VAS scores from postoperative 6th hour to the 7th day（0.5 hour after dress change） had notable statistical difference（ P〈0. 05） ;there was no notable adverse reaction in the two groups. It is concluded that AOAP has a marked analgesic efficacy during the postoperative course of surgical treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.
