限时禁水预防肛肠病术后尿潴留的临床观察

为观察限时禁水预防肛肠病术后尿潴留的临床疗效，将259例手术患者随机分为两组。观察组144例，采用术后2h内禁水或禁补液，2h后足量饮水或进行补液；对照组115例，采用术后不加任何限制，任其饮水和／或补液等。结果显示，自行排尿率：观察组97．2％，对照组79．1％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。第1次自行排尿时间：观察组明显早于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结果表明，限时禁水预防肛肠病术后尿潴留效果显著。

Clinical Observation on Water Interdiction at Limited Time for Preventing Postoperative Urine Stasis Following the Operation of Anorectal Diseases

For the aim of investigating the clinical effect of preventing urine stasis by water interdiction at liminted time author divided 259 patients to be operated on into two groups：observation group（ n =144） and controlled group（ n = 115）. Observation group received following management：within 2 hours after operation.water interdiction or not to replenish fluid; later 2 hour after operation,drinking water in adequate amounts or to replenish fluid. Controlled group was not limited for drinking water and/or to be replenished fluid. As results, the automatic urination rate of observation group and controlled group was 97.2% and 79. 1%.respectively,the difference had statistical importance（ P 〈0.01） ;the first time of auto- urination of observation group was significantly earlier than that of controlled group（ P 〈0.01）. Above results indicate that water deprivation at limited time has significant efficacy for preventing postoperative urine stasis following the operation of anorectal diseases.
