肛肠病术后骶管自控镇痛的临床研究

为观察肛肠病术后骶管自控镇痛的疗效和不良反应，将需手术的78例肛肠病患者分为A组（骶管自控镇痛组），B组（局部镇痛组），比较两组术后疼痛程度、换药及排便时疼痛、尿潴留情况，同时观察A组生命体征，不良反应、运动阻滞情况。结果显示，术后疼痛评分、镇痛效果、术后尿潴留A组优于B组（P〈0．05），A组无明显不良反应。结果表明，骶管自控镇痛在肛肠病术后镇痛中是安全有效的。

Clinical Study on lntrasacral Canal PCA Following the Operation for Anorectal Disease

For the objective of investigating the efficacy and adverse reaction of intrasacral canal PCA following the operation for anorectal disease, authors divided the 78 patients to be operatied into A group （treatment group） and B group（controlled group） ; A group received intrasacral canal PCA, B group, local analgesia ; and compared postoperative pain extents,status of pain and urinary stasis at dressing defecation in both groups;at same time the life sign and symptoms, adverse reaction and dyscinesia were observed. As results,in postoperative pain score rating,analgesia efficacy and urinary stasis A group was all superior to B group（ P〈0.05） ,and no adverse reaction. These show that intrasacral canal PCA used in postoperative analgesia for anorectal disease is safe and effective.
