摘    要:当前病案服务对象的多元化发展,对病案信息服务的内容及服务形式也提出了更高的要求。文章总结了实施人性化管理的方式,提高病案信息服务的方法。针对病案管理信息服务的现状,提出优化各系统工作流程,建立健全病案管理制度,对病案流通的全过程进行科学管理的思路。并选择适合的病案管理服务模式,采取人性化的管理方法,发挥工作人员的能动性,使病案管理的服务方式由被动服务向主动服务方向发展。为服务对象提供及时准确的信息服务。

Abstract:with the development of medical records service targets, it promotes higher requirements for content and form of medical records information service. The paper summarizes ways of applying humanization management and methods of improving medical records information service. According to current situation of medical records management information service, it put forward the idea of system work process optimization; perfect medical records management system establishment; scientific management of medical records circulation. Choosing suitable medical records management service model and carrying out humanization management and giving free rein to personnel dynamic role which change the development of medical records service pattern from passive to active. It provides a prompt and correct information service for the targets.
