| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨硼替佐米治疗多发性骨髓瘤异基因移植后移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)及原发病的双重作用.方法:报道1例异基因移植后发生慢性难治性GVHD、同时可疑复发的多发性骨髓瘤患者应用硼替佐米后的效果;同时对硼替佐米治疗GVHD的文献进行复习.结果:应用硼替佐米后患者慢性GVHD获得部分治疗反应,同时巩固了原发病的疗效.文献报...
