家庭护理干预对减少早产母亲产后抑郁的研究

目的 探讨家庭护理干预对减少早产母亲产后抑郁的效果.方法 选择在我院住院分娩的早产母亲153例,将按入组时间分为观察组78例,对照组7 5例,观察组设计给予家庭护理干预措施,对照组按医院常规护理.两组分别在产后第1d,产后4 2d,用产后抑郁评分表(EPDS)进行测评.比较2组早产母亲的产后抑郁情况.结果 观察组与对照组产后4 2d抑郁得分的差异有统计学意义(t=2.750,P=0.008 P<0.01),观察组与对照组产后4 2d产后抑郁发生率的差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.756,P=0.016 P<0.01).结论 通过对早产母亲的家庭护理干预,减轻早产母亲产后抑郁的症状,降低产后抑郁的发生,提高早产母亲的生活质量.

Effects of family nursing intervention for premature mother with postpartumdepression

Objective To study the influence of the family nursing intervention for premature mother with postpartumdepression.Methods Divided 153 premature mother labored in our hospital into the observation group(78cases)and the control group(75cases)randomly. Family nursing intervention was used in the observation group after theydischarged the hospital, while routine family follow up was used in the control group. Evaluated the postpartumdepression between the two group by EPDS at the time point of the 1stday and the 42ndday after the labor respectively.Result The depression condition in the observation group was significant better than that of in the control group, P<0.05.Conclusion The family nursing intervention can ameliorate the postpartumdepression and improve the quality of life.
